Compressed Air Testing

A compressed air test is a standardized process used to assess the quality of the air produced. This testing ensures that the compressed air supplied to industrial operations is free from impurities. Commonly tested contaminants include water, suspended particles, and oil residues, which can originate from three primary sources:

• Contaminants drawn in from the ambient air during compression
• Impurities introduced by compressor components and lubrication oils
• Built-in contaminants from the piping and storage parts of the air compressor system
